Some customers are even saying that they went to the Apple Retailer to get their telephone checked and the employees told them that it isn’t a problem. And when some customers proved the problem to them by playing some sound right at the Apple Store, they referred to it as a software difficulty and instructed them to wait for the subsequent update.
